We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Customers may inspect the product upon delivery before accepting the order. If the product does not meet their expectations and they choose not to accept it, the customer will only be responsible for the applicable shipping costs. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, REFLECTOR will cover all shipping costs for the return or exchange.
