Return and Exchange Policy

At Reflector, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience.

If you wish to return or exchange an eligible item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order, subject to the following conditions.

1. General Conditions

• The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original packaging and tags attached.

• Returns or exchanges will not be accepted if the item shows signs of use, damage, alteration, or if any original packaging or tags are missing.

• Please review the size chart carefully before placing your order to ensure the correct fit.

2. Exchange

• If the item received is incorrect, defective, or different from what you ordered, Reflector will arrange the exchange at no additional cost.

• If you request an exchange for a different size or for any reason other than a manufacturing defect or an error on our part, applicable shipping fees may apply.

• Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order, provided the item remains in its original condition.

3. Returns

• Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all original packaging and tags attached.

• Once the returned item has been received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days.

• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued using the method agreed upon between Reflector and the customer.
